account frozen and cannot get rid of it. 2 accounts are listed but I am only subscribed to one.

account is frozen on iPad. 2 accounts are listed. cannot sign out of frozen account. Had account purchased through Apple app store before subscribing. It doesn't have any logins listed for the subscribed account.

    To get a better idea of what is going on 'under the hood' here I'd like to ask you to create a diagnostics report from your iPad:

    Sending Diagnostics Reports (iOS)

    Attach the diagnostics to an email message addressed to support+forum@agilebits.com.

    With your email please include:
