1Password says I need to install the extension - it was already - I unistalled and installed again still does not work - so shortcut (command \ ) no longer autofills at the moment

    Welcome to the forum, @cwojo! I'm sorry for the trouble, but thanks for providing us with the specifics of your setup. There are two main potential reasons this might not be working:

    1. 1Password 7 for Mac is not paid for. As a new full-version upgrade, 1Password 7 for Mac requires either a standalone license upgrade or a 1password.com membership. If you've added neither of these to 1Password 7, your data will be in read-only mode, and the extension won't work.
    2. Both 1Password and your browser(s) need to be installed in the main /Applications directory.

    Let me know if any of that is a possibility.
