Account frozen

Posting again because the last response did not really answer my question at all, then was marked closed. My account is frozen, after years of use. I can't log into anything, all of a sudden, with no warning. I'd appreciate assistant rather than a cut and paste response that skirts around the issue but actually doesn't help me.

Ah, ok. I was not clear on that. It is very unnerving to find oneself locked out of everything and there's no phone number to call.
