Switching back to an individual account
Hi -
I am due to renew and want to switch from family back to an individual account, but as I started with an individual a/c it fails with an account exists error.
Unfortunately, having migrated the old a/c over, I don’t have my secret key, so can’t access the old account to delete/reactivate etc….
What can I do?

You can delete the old individual account even without the Secret Key by following the instructions in this guide:

Please be very careful to select the individual account, and not what is currently a 1Password Families membership, for deletion.
