My 1Password master password quit working. I know my secret code. Please help!!

I have submitted a helpdesk ticket #ILF-42229-664 and also sent a urgent email. I have not received a response.

    Posting repeatedly and by different means unfortunately slows down the response, as AgileBits staff work from oldest to newest.

    In my own experience (with login, not 1PW) when I had trouble it turned out that Caps Lock was on but its LED was not showing as on.
