Since early February, chrome extensions has been unable to invoke the 1Password app
1Password extension is
It is no longer working properly. I have tried the following methods
1. Restart the extension and app
2. Reinstall the extension and app
3. Reinstall chrome, extensions, and apps
Currently, macos is the latest version, chrome is the latest version, and 1password app is the latest version.
Macos: 10.14.3
Chrome: 72.0.3626.109
1password app: Version 7.2.5 (70205002)
1Password extension:4.7.3.90

With issues like this the speediest way to resolving it is for us to review a diagnostic report. Can you create one for me please and send it in. This link will guide you through the steps and has sections for the various supported versions of 1Password.

@bbtdebb: Hmm. Chrome 72 definitely works here, and I'm not seeing other reports of trouble. Can you try installing a fresh copy of Chrome 72? It may be that your original copy was damaged, which will invalidate the code signature, which will result in 1Password refusing to connect to it, as an unverified application.

I rolled back the chrome version one by one, and when I rolled back to 71.0.3578.98, 1Password worked
But I don't think it's reasonable for me to keep using the old version of chrome for a long time.Please check the cause of the problem.

The same outward facing symptom, no filling, has a wide range of causes. While it is possible whatever issue bbtdebb is experiencing is the same one you are it is quite possible their issue is unrelated to yours. That is why my response is almost always to ask for a diagnostic report - so we can learn what the cause for that individual is. Please see my previous post on how to create one and let us know the ticket ID.
