I installed ver7 on my Mac but I don't have all the items that I have on my iPhone. I'm not a computer wiz and have tried doing the sync and also used my primary on iCloud but I'm still missing items.

    Hi @dad2468! Welcome to the forum ;)

    Can you please make sure that you have added your 1Password account in the app on both your Mac and your iPhone? For sync to work correctly, you need to login to your 1Password account inside both apps. Only then will sync happen automatically.
