I have "Lock on sleep" checked in preferences yet 1Pass wasn't locked when I rebooted

Attachment shows my 1Pass security prefs. I have to login to the system after reboot, but not to 1Pass... however after sleep I do have to login to 1Pass (and macOS)

Are you able to reproduce this issue (i.e. if you reboot your Mac now is 1Password locked upon login)?
