Account conversion failing

Hi, I am unable to convert to an Individual account. It says an individual account with this email address already exists.

    @Gerade: That's correct. If you already have created an individual account, you'll need to delete that first before creating another. If you need help with that, be sure to email us at sales@1password.com with the details, from the account's registered email address, so we can assist you. :)
