Can't set up account on Iphone
I have a 1PW account. It set up fine on MAC and Ipad. Can't get it to set up on Iphone. I have tried using the QR scan and sent a link - neither worked. I entered correct master PW. Get error message that there is a problem with the sign in. Suggests to reenter Master PW (which still doesnt work) or Sign in Manually. I have the emergency kit info but how do I use that info? The Iphone has the "Primary" Vault on it, not the Personal one that seems to be most current. Do I need to remove the Primary vault from Iphone? Reinstall the App? Any suggestions.

@pschobert: A Primary (local) vault is not part of any 1Password membership account, so the Master Password for that will not work for signing into an account. There is no harm in trying as many times as it takes to enter the Master Password, the one you setup for the account when you signed up; but you will not be able to get in without entering that correctly, and we don't know what that could be: only you could. Are you able to sign into the 1Password website in your browser and view all of your data there?

I am not able to get into it on the browser. But, I can get into 1PW on the Mac, Ipad and IOS using the master pw. I have only used this one master PW through many versions of 1PW. I think that when I set up the Account, I did not delete the Primary vault which was the one used through previous versions. I have the secret key. Any other suggestions? Like should I just export the primary vault in case of any flubs. Then delete it? That way the IOS will only be seeing the Personal account. HELP!

If you can't log in at https://start.1password.com then deleting the Primary vault right now is going to lock you out completely. Right now the 1Password apps are unlocking using the Master Password of the Primary vault. If you delete that they'll require your 1Password.com Master Password, which it sounds like you don't have. If you look in the Personal vault inside one of the 1Password apps do you see a login item for 1Password.com? If so that should have the correct Master Password saved on it.

Yep, if you have the correct Master Password, can log in at https://start.1password.com/, and all of your data is visible there... it is time to remove the Primary vault from all devices. :)
