App won’t finish downloading from App Store [1Password requires iOS 12]

I’ve been using 1Password for years—all of a sudden it won’t load and open. I try to redownload it but it stops loading halfway through and says it’s unable to download! Aaah! I’ve got updated version 5 on iPhone 5.

    Hi @bemgoiano

    It doesn't appear the iPhone 5 is capable of running iOS 12, which is required for 1Password. The operating system it runs has not been updated or patched in nearly 2 years. I would highly recommend upgrading to a device that is capable of running the latest version of iOS as well as 1Password.

    IOS 12 runs fine—I just can’t use some of the newer features in the updates. It worked with iOS 12 before this. This leads me to believe it’s a 1Password issue.

    Hi @bemgoiano,

    The iPhone 5 should only be upgradeable to iOS version 10. If you go on your iPhone to Settings > General > About, can you please let us know the exact iOS version that your device is running? You can find it under the Version entry.
