I bought a new iMac. I have 1password on my iPhone airlock and iMac. It will not let me log into any device

    I’m sorry for the trouble. Just to make sure I have all the necessary informations, to best help you: can you please tell me, are you using a 1Password standalone license, or are you using a 1Password Membership (subscription)?

    Can you also clarify what an iPhone airlock is?

    If you could let me know the exact steps you are following to try to login, it would also be very helpful!
