Problem upgrading

Hello,

I have been using 1password for years on my iPhone, but apparently without a membership. I would like to upgrade so I can start saving photos and Pdf, but I can’t do this because it’s asking me for a secret key, which I do not have.
I can log in fine in my app with Face Id and my password/master password but that is it.
