Dropbox institutes new 3 device limit for free accounts - revisit cross platform sync options?

Dropbox has announced they will no longer allow more than 3 devices to be linked to a basic (free) account: https://help.dropbox.com/account/computer-limit

Perhaps this is a good time to revisit what cross platform (e.g. Windows <-> iOS) sync options 1Password supports? iCloud, One Drive, or Google Drive would be fantastic.

Yes, I am aware that 1Password offers a cloud subscription service that includes cloud syncing.
