Hello,
I got a new phone and it’s not letting me log into my account. Please help!

    You'll only have an account with us if you have a 1Password membership subscription. If you do have a subscription (and thus an account) could you please let me know what exactly the error message you're getting is? Where are you getting your login details from (e.g. your Emergency Kit)?

    If you do not have an account with us you'd need to select the option from the welcome screen appropriate for your situation. For example, if you were syncing your 1Password data using Dropbox, you'd need to select the Dropbox option.
