Family member Forgotten Master Password

Hi all,

I set my mother in law up with 1Password family, and she can’t remember her password, and evidently I wrote it down incorrectly. I do have her Secret Key, but not the Master Password. Can i recover her account for her? If so, how?

@kappabear - yep, @thightower is quite correct -- you don't need to know her Master Password or Secret Key to recover her account. Just follow the steps in the guide at the above link, and your mother-in-law will get a new Secret Key and the opportunity to create a new Master Password, while retaining all her current data.
