Browser extension asking to save password for existing login

I've noticed recently that whenever I log into a website (with Safari) that 1password is asking to create the login even though it already exists in 1password. This happens for a build, then an update comes and it goes away. Then a new build gets released and it happens again. This happens for Windows too (Firefox). This is getting pretty frustrating to have an additional pop when logging into a site.

OS Version: 10.14.3
