Why the 1Password is not filling my data?

Hi, I notice the 1Password doesn't fill my personal identity when I am signing up in a website.
Why? I should see the option to select my ID shouldn't I?

I am using two extensions, that one which requires the desktop (4.7.3.90) app and the 1Password X (1.14.2).

    @marcelogrsp: 1Password won't even try to fill anything unless you select an item to fill from. I can certainly imagine that it might have trouble with that particular form though, since it's an odd one, with only "Surname" and then other fields that wouldn't be associated with an Identity item. If you'll share the URL I'll be happy to look into it to see what can be improved. Just keep in mind that 1Password isn't going to be able to automatically fill everything there with a single click -- at least not in 2019, though I think it's a good goal to work toward in the future, perhaps with the use of machine learning to help 1Password understand it. :)
