Wanting to move 1password from old computer to new - can't enter license.

When I click on "License" I get a panel that says Trial Mode, Add Licence. Why can't I just key in my license? Its looking for a file. What file?

    @richinwalla - the file that was originally emailed to you when you purchased your license from our web store. Do you still have that? Do you know what version of 1Password for Mac you purchased?

    This is the email from Agilebits confirming
    1Password 5 for Mac, Family License. I click on the link that says "click here to automatically add your license" then I get a panel saying "Downloading your license from the AgileBits server..." then it hangs.
