No “Button” to use for starting a “New Discussion”

After login in, I see first a list of “Catergories”. Then I pick one, say, iOS. Click and get a list of on-going discussions. BUT no way to start a new one And there is NO “New Discussions” button to use.

Works OK on iMac with OS 10.10,5 and PW 6.8.9

    Wait! I just saw the New Discussions” Button... when I went back to “Topics”

    I’m more flummoxed now than ever...

    I am using NO content blockers in Safari . I did re boot the iPad After I turned off the content blockers.

    I Cannot see the “New Discusions” Button
    Ill logout and come back in ... then report if I can.

    Still fails after login. Content blockers all off.
    I still think it is a 12.2 Apple bug... After all they dicked around again with Safari in 12.2

    I try ever so often.... but don’t have much hope.
    I CAN use the direct URL that Ben gave me IF I really need to start a new discussion. But that is a work-around..Nothing proven

    @three-cushion ,

    It's here on iOS 12.2 for me:

    On a smaller device, scroll to the bottom of the page and use the Pencil icon:

    Turned off content blockers for 2nd try;
    Repeat of login: FAILED again! No “Button”

    Should I cancel 1PW app and reload it from App Store?

    I have no other ideas....Others show me their iOS Ver 12.2 login works fine for the Forum. That doesn’t help me much.

    As Ben mentioned elsewhere, it sounds like some content blockers are installed that are interfering, which isn't uncommon. 1Password wouldn't be at all involved with that, so reinstalling it from the App Store won't make a difference.

    Anyway, I'll close this discussion so we're not having parallel conversations in different places. :)
