I changed my main password, and now I'm unable to log in with my old or my new password. Urgent!

Hi, Few days ago I changed my main password, and now I'm unable to log in with either my old or my new password. This is a big problem, I can't enter anything anymore. Please help, it's urgent!

    Welcome to the forum, @annavankooij! I'm sorry for the trouble. Your Master Password is (hopefully) known only by you; we can't reset it and it's never transmitted to us so we can't enter it for you, because we don't know what it is. If you're a member of a 1Password Families or 1Password Business account, you may be able to have an Administrator or Family Organizer help you recover your account. But if you're using standalone 1Password or you have an individual account, you'll need to try to remember your Master Password on your own. If you can't, any data you have in 1Password will be unrecoverable. If you don't have an Admin or Family Organizer who can help you, please try these steps to see if you can jog your memory or correctly enter your Master Password. Let me know how that goes for you.
