keep getting direct access download error 412

I keep getting "An error occurred own the site (412)" error message when trying to download Direct Access from Capital One credit cards. I am using Banktivity for Mac v 7.2.2 (44) and Mac OS Mojave 10.14.4.

    This is 1Password's support forum, but this seems to me to be an issue with Banktivity. Am I understanding this correct? Alternatively, can you please let me know what the issue with 1Password is so we can help you?
