Read-only mode after signing up for Family Trial

Signed up for family trial. Try to save login info for any site, and get a '1password in read-only' mode.
How do I fix?

    @yorktownman: If what you're seeing is "read-only mode", that means you're using the app with a standalone (local) vault, not a 1Password account. Please sign into your account in the app:

    https://support.1password.com/add-account/

    Otherwise 1Password has no way of knowing if you have a membership, etc. I hope this helps. Be sure to let me know if you have any other questions! :)
