Two-Factor Authentication

I changed mine phone.

Now I am trying to log in in the webportal on the 1 password and it ask for a Two-Factor Authentication. I use mine google Authentication app but it says that its the wrong code. What should I do ?

    Hi @czat. After you set up 2FA for your 1Password account, did you sign in from any browsers? If so, can you sign in from that browser and disable 2FA?

    I have the same problem...I have my recovery kit but forgot to disable 2FA, so unable to login..

    Hi @sirkula. Did you sign in from any browsers using 2FA that you're still able to sign in from? Or are you locked out everywhere? If you're locked out everywhere, please email support@1password.com so our team can help out.
