New Chrome extension doesn't see local vault

New chrome extension (version is 1.14.3) was installed and now I can't use logins from my local vault. And therefore I can't save new passwords to local vault.

Sorry for the confusion!

1Password X is our extension that is focused on 1Password.com accounts. It doesn't support local vaults.

If you use a local vault, you should use our standard extension, which you can download from here.

Thanks for this explanation - I installed the 1PX extension then was mystified why it didn't include my local vault. Now I've installed the older extension, and am back in business. Smarter to query the user's account and recommend the best browser extension.

Ah - that's an important consideration. Then I'd suggest clearer labeling of the X extension that it doesn't access local vaults.
