Autofill sometimes doesn't work on Safari / iOS 12

I have autofill active in setting, but sometimes when clicking into an formfield (username, etc.) the option to autofill just don't appears. Sometime it does. Any idea?

    Is this happening regularly on a specific website (or a specific group of websites)? Or is it completely random?

    Thank you for the confirmation @BrianMcBohne. It will be very difficult to try to reproduce the issue here if it really is completely random. If you notice a website or a set of steps that consistently cause this, please share them with us so we can take a closer look.
