Hi, my icon is greyed out with red letters and I cannot click it?

It has never worked before, trying to get it running for the first time

Browser version is: Safari 11.1.2

    Hi @Chofer

    Please remove the 1Password extension from Safari and then update to Safari 12. 1Password 7 has a Safari extension built-in but it won't work with earlier versions of Safari.
