    Have iphone x with version 12 software installed, Have Face ID set up in settings/ Face ID& Passcode. Face ID does not open 1 Password and when I press the key symbol, nothing shows up. What do I need to do.?

    If you unlock 1Password your Master Password once, do you have the option to use FaceID to unlock the app the following times?
