Known issue: All Firefox extensions disabled [new update: latest Firefox update fixes most issues…]
Mozilla is currently experiencing an issue in Firefox (Bug 15489730) which is causing all extensions, including 1Password, to be disabled. This means no extensions will work in Firefox until Mozilla resolves this issue.
In the meantime, you can still use the 1Password extension in several other browsers. If you're using 1Password with an account, you can use 1Password X (our newest browser extension) in any Chromium based browser, like Chrome, Opera, Vivaldi and Brave: Get started with 1Password X
Alternatively, you can use the legacy 1Password extension in other browsers as well. Here's the link to download the 1Password extension for Chrome and Opera: Get the 1Password extension here
We will keep this thread updated with any pertinent information that may arise.

Update: Mozilla has a hotfix for Firefox users who have "Allow Firefox to install and run studies" enabled:
12:50 p.m. UTC / 03:50 a.m. PDT: We rolled-out a fix for release, beta and nightly users on Desktop. The fix will be automatically applied in the background within the next few hours, you don’t need to take active steps.
In order to be able to provide this fix on short notice, we are using the Studies system. You can check if you have studies enabled by going to Firefox Preferences -> Privacy & Security -> Allow Firefox to install and run studies.
You can disable studies again after your add-ons have been re-enabled.
We are working on a general fix that doesn’t need to rely on this and will keep you updated.
Edited to add: Our blog has been updated with this information.
You can see if you've received this hotfix by navigating to
about:studies
in Firefox. Once you have both studies outlined in red below, you should see 1Password re-enabled. You will also be able to reinstall 1Password X or the desktop app extension if it was removed.0 -
New update: Mozilla has released an update that fixes most issues caused by the extension-disabling bug (#15489730):
A Firefox release has been pushed — version 66.0.4 on Desktop and Android, and version 60.6.2 for ESR. This release repairs the certificate chain to re-enable web extensions, themes, search engines, and language packs that had been disabled (Bug 1549061). There are remaining issues that we are actively working to resolve, but we wanted to get this fix out before Monday to lessen the impact of disabled add-ons before the start of the week. More information about the remaining issues can be found by clicking on the links to the release notes above. (May 5, 16:25 EDT)
