I had a, some extensions outdated banner on Firefox this morning.

1Password was no longer working so I tried to reinstall but whenever I do that it says the 1Password extension cannot be installed as it was corrupt!

Anyone else having similar problems?

A similar problem - I click on the firefox extension download, get the prompt to allow update, then an error msg "... connection failed"

    Hi @Robster!

Do you by chance have any security software installed on this Mac, such as an antivirus program? Sometimes they could interfere with the download of browser extensions, so I wonder if this could be why this is happening to you.

Hi again @Robster! Sorry for the double message but I just found out that this is something we have seen already. You can see our response to this in Known issue: All Firefox extensions disabled [update: Mozilla has a hotfix …].

YES! ME TOO!!!! With Firefox on Windows 8 on a PC -- seems to be still fine on Chrome on the same system and on my Mac too.

Hi @AMO24! Welcome to the forum!

This is happening to every Firefox user at the moment unfortunately :/

I am having the same problem. Following the instructions provided by AgileBits, I opened another browser (Safari - I'm on a Mac), and downloaded the Firefox .xpi file. However, when I drag that file into an open Firefox window, I get a message saying that the file is corrupt.
