Running One PW in iOs 12.1.4 . Documents function (to add a documents file) not working

One PW version 7.3, iOS 12.1.4latest. Click the plus to add documents category and it won’t work. All other categories appear to create and work. Help please.

Running on iPad if relevant

Click the plus to add documents category and it won’t work.

Can you please elaborate on what you mean by "it won't work"? What happens exactly when you try to add a Document item?

Thanks for the quick reply. Exactly NOTHING.
When you click the other categories like identity etc, it creates the listed category. With the documents, it literally does nothing

@Eternal19 Have you already given 1Password permission to access your Photos under iOS Settings > Privacy > Photos? Is 1Password showing that it has Read and Write access there?

Without this permission, you won't be able to add any Documents inside 1Password on iOS.
