Syncing Issue

Hey everyone,

I have been frustrated, trying to figure out why my passwords are not syncing across devices. Turns out, about half of my devices were set up with iCloud sync, while the other half were set up with 1Password sync. Oops!

So here's the question:
How do I convert everything to use 1Password sync, without losing any logins/data in the process?

    Hi @DoogH! Welcome to the forum!

    The quickest way is to move your missing items from your Primary vault to your 1Password.com vault. Once they are in your 1Password.com vault (which will be named either Private or Personal), they will automatically sync on all your other devices :)
