My free trial just ended. I never used it. I just got charged $59.99 for a family membership. I can't remember my password. I followed the online instructions to reset account but when I put in my email, I get an email back saying there is no account for that email. I have 2 email accounts. I tried both. If you can't help me then I am going to contest the charges with my credit card company.
