Firefox Extension no longer works
The 1Password Extension used to work with Firefox. After the Firefox Extension debacle, I upgraded to Firefox 66.0.5. All of my extensions now work -- except for 1Password. Here is what is happening:
In the toolbar I see the 1Password Extension icon with a little lock. If I click on it, a new blank tab opens and nothing else happens.
If I go to a website that requires a username/password stored in 1Password, the 1Password icon does not appear where it should in the input area. So in order for me to enter a password, I have to go to the 1Password app and copy and paste the username/password into Firefox. This basically means that the 1Password Extension does not work at all.
By the way, the 1Password Extension works fine in Safari. And, as I said, it used to work in Firefox.
Please help.

Hi @markgr
I'm sorry to hear about the trouble. You may want to consider using our traditional Firefox extension instead of 1Password X:
https://1password.com/browsers/firefox/
But to address the problem you're experiencing here, it sounds like you may be running into this issue:
Blank page when using 1Password X in Firefox — 1Password Forum
Does that explain the situation? Please let me know.
Ben

This worked! Thanks for your help. And 1Password X is an improvement over the regular Firefox extension.

Glad that helped, and that you're enjoying 1Password X. We're here if you need us. :chuffed:
