Hey,

https://uk.jura.com/en
When i click on !My Account" 1Password is filling my credentials.
But when im in the shopping cart and i want to login, it is not working. 1Password doesn't fill my credentials.

Put something in the shopping cart. Click on Checkout. And try to Login there.
1Password suggest me my Login but is not filling it.

I have tried several languages. Everywhere the same behavior.

Hi @blaxxz – it's great to hear from you, and thanks for the report!

I took a look at the HTML on https://uk.jura.com to get a better understanding of how filling works. What I found is that the developers of this particular site use extremely specific HTML ids and names, which is how 1Password determines what to fill where. To give you one example, the name of the email field on the main page is ctl06$AccountLoginModal$txtEmailModal while the name of the email field on the checkout page is pagelayout_0$pagetype_0$pagecontent_0$txtEmail. I can almost picture 1Password X going "huh?" when we tell it to fill a value stored as ctl06$AccountLoginModal$txtEmailModal into a field called pagelayout_0$pagetype_0$pagecontent_0$txtEmail.

While I would normally recommend saving Login items the way you did (using the inline menu), that's just not going to work to fill on both of these sign in pages. One alternative is having two different Logins, but I don't like the sound of that. Instead, let's allow 1Password do its job and create a manual Login. What I mean by that is create a new Login item (open the popup > + > Login), then input your username, password, as well as https://uk.jura.com as the website URL. Click Save when you're finished adding those three key elements. After that, you should find your new Login item filling on both the main page and the checkout page. Let me know how it works out for you!
