Can’t add items in secure note

How to reproduce
1. Open the secure note section.
Tap “+”.
2. Enter title and some notes.
3. Tap done in the upper left corner.
4. Goes back to the list of notes, but the item I just added isn't there.

Is this a bug or am i doing something wrong?

    Hi @muhhy

    Could you please check the 1Password > Settings > Vaults > All Vaults > Vault for Saving setting and make sure it is set to a vault that is included in your All Vaults view?
