network login not working

Hi, I am having a problem with a network login (specifically the eduroam network). In my university you have to set the same pwd for several services including eduroam (I know, I know...) so I generated a crazily good one with 1pwd. I can access with my Mac (mojave) with no problem, but when loggin in with from my android phone or ios 12 ipad it does not work. Most likely it is not a 1pwd issue, but I ask hoping someone has experienced something similar.

    PS turned out to be an issue with the usr, not the pwd. for some reason some services require user@domain, some just user. go figure.

    @vfiore - LOL! I sometimes wonder, if you added up all the time we have to spend troubleshooting these timesaving devices (computers), how much time we actually save. ;) Anyway, glad you figured it all out.
