1Password 6 for Mac. How to restore previous version of items?

I accidentally approved 1password for a Login item that I didn't want updated. I have 1Password 6.8.9 for Mac, I need to revert to the previous password on that Login Item. I saw the "how to" for the online version, but I need to do it with the v6 app version. Can you help? Thank you.

    Hi @ckstaley,

    I'm sorry to hear of the trouble. Standalone vaults don't have item history like 1Password membership vaults do. The only recourse here would be to restore a backup of your entire 1Password database to a point prior to making the change. This will revert any changes that have been made since the time the backup was created. This guide can walk you through that process:
