When I click on icon, the says Welcome you have no items.

    I'd be happy to help, but I have very little information to work off of here. Could you please walk me through the whole situation?

    1. What are you trying to accomplish?
    2. What steps are you taking — start at the beginning?
    3. What happens when you take those steps?
    4. What were you expecting to happen that didn't?
