Convert 2 individual licenses to new family subscription account

Both my wife and I have our own individual licenses for many years purchased from Agilebits. We are both running 1Password 6 on our Macs and iPhones. I would like convert these two separate accounts into one subscription family account for all devices. I have not yet purchased a family subscription. How do I proceed, making sure all data is preserved from our existing accounts?
