Command backslash not working (in both Safari and Firefox)
This started happening right after I upgraded 1P to 7.3. I tried restarting my computer already. After seeing this thread I tried restoring keyboard shortcut defaults, then restarting, and that didn't work either.
1Password Version: 7.3
Extension Version: 7.3
OS Version: 10.14.4
Sync Type: iCloud

In my case, I tried to enter backslash on Wells Fargo login page 15 minutes or so ago. A message popped up that "1P extension has quit unexpectedly. Do you want to send a report" (I'm quoting from memory and may not have the message quite right.) I clicked Send. The box went away but I haven't been able to get backslash or the icon in the Safari menu bar to do anything since.
I'm pretty sure it worked an hour ago when I logged into Wells Fargo.
I restarted Safari and 1P. No change. Then I restarted OSX. No change.
When I click 1P in the OSX menu bar (1P mini?), the display comes up sometimes but other times nothing happens. Right now, I it's not doing anything. When it did come up, nothing happened in Safari if I clicked Open and Fill for a login.
I can open the main 1P program and navigate as usual but nothing happens in Safari when I click "Open and Fill" for a login entry.
1P -> Troubleshooting -> Restart 1P Extension Helper didn't help.
In the 1P -> Troubleshooting -> Troubleshooting Utility, Repair Permissions and Repair Extended Attributes didn't help.Would a Diagnostic Report from the Troubleshooting Utility help?
My config:

OSX 10.14.5
Safari: 12.1.1 (14607.2.6.1.1)
1P: 7.3 (70300020)0 -
@SVanDee: Can you send a screenshot of the error?

Just be sure not to post anything sensitive, as this is a public forum. If you restart your Mac, is there any change? What do you see in Safari Preferences > Extensions? Thanks in advance!

The "1P extension has quit unexpectedly..." message only came up once. Since then, nothing at all happens when I click the 1P icon in Safari's menu bar or the 1P icon in OSX's menu bar so I can't capture the message in a screenshot. I'm attaching screenshots of the Safari > Preferences > Extensions window and of the 1P related processes in the Activity Monitor.
Restarting the Mac didn't fix the problem. My first message listed the other things I've tried.
I'll be going to bed shortly so I won't be able to continue this conversation until morning.
