iPhone X requires old (pre-1Password 7) master password
We use 1Password 7 on all of our devices without issue, except that my iPhone X doesn't accept the new master password used on the other devices (Mac, PC, iPad Pro) - it requires the old master password we used before moving to 1Password 7. I checked 1Password Settings to see if there was an old vault on the iPhone X. I see "Private", "Shared Vault", and "Shared" under my shared family heading. But I also see a heading of "On Dropbox", with a vault listed under it called "Primary". I'm guessing this is my problem and that I should delete the vault on Dropbox, but I want to confirm that this is what I should do or if you have other recommendations to troubleshoot the issue.

Hi @gdonnelly54
You are correct: the Primary vault needs to be deleted after verifying you can sign in here, and that all of your data is visible. Instructions can be found at the bottom of the membership migration guide:
https://support.1password.com/migrate-1password-account/#set-up-your-other-devices
You'll then use the same Master Password you use at https://start.1password.com to unlock 1Password on your devices. If you want to change that password, you can do so at https://start.1password.com/profile
