Can login on mobile and web but not Mac app
I've just created a new 1Password account, and I can log in on the web and Android app, but when I try to login on the Mac desktop app, it says it's the wrong password. I've reinstalled the Mac app about 5 times and restarted my computer and it still won't work. I know I'm typing the right password, I have no idea how to fix this and log in on my computer.

Is there any 1Password data on the Mac that is not part of your 1Password membership? I.e. can you see all of your data when you unlock the Android app or log in on the website? If all of your data is there then please select Help > Troubleshooting > Reset All 1Password Data in 1Password for Mac to wipe out the local database. You'll then be able to sign in using your existing membership account and all data there will appear in 1Password for Mac. This is most often caused by not completing the migration process fully, and having a "Primary" vault remaining on the Mac. When such a vault exists it is the Master Password of that vault that unlocks the app rather than your 1Password.com account Master Password.
