    @mrmacfixit - I'm sorry for the trouble. I'm also a little confused, since that very combination works perfectly here (10.13.6, Safari, 1Password for Mac 7.3). Can you say a bit more about what you mean by "website fails to respond?" Does that mean you can't scroll? Can't click anything on the page? It doesn't display properly? Something else?

    @Lars - The problem that I have, and I am not the only one, happens with the Forum pages of CNET.
    https://www.cnet.com/forums/mac-desktops/. for example.
    Using 1Password to enter the username and password works well. Clicking the Sign In button then does nothing, just a "bounce" of the button and then no further activity on that page. Page is covered with the small login window with the rest of the screen being Red.
    the only reaction from the page comes when clicking the X at the top right, this takes you back to the forum from whence you came.
    CNET, for whom I am a moderator on the Mac forums, said originally that they were reaching out to 1Password and that a 2 fold problem had been identified. Today I received an email saying that CNET had deployed a fix for the problem, but it still persists.

    Hi @mrmacfixit,

    So far I haven't been able to reproduce this either, but I do have a question for you.

    Clicking the Sign In button then does nothing

    What happens if you use the Enter key instead of clicking? Are you able to login successfully in this case?

    Hi ag_ana,
    Makes no difference. Clicking, enter key or return key all produce the same result from the page

    That was the information I was looking for, both in my follow-up response and initially. :)

    I'm not able to reproduce that behavior you're describing either...but I think I have an idea what might: do you have 1Blocker or other content-blocking software enabled via extension? If so, please turn these off temporarily and re-load the page (leave 1Password enabled). Let me know how that works for you.

    @mrmacfixit - one other follow-up:

    CNET, for whom I am a moderator on the Mac forums, said originally that they were reaching out to 1Password and that a 2 fold problem had been identified. Today I received an email saying that CNET had deployed a fix for the problem, but it still persists.

    If CNET says they identified and fixed the problem, I'd suggest circling back with them, since you seem to be in communication with them already. Let us know what you discover! :)
