I cleaned my firefox brauser and now can't reinstall the password extention... whats wrong

when I clean the firefox browser it cleans all the add ons. Usually I just click on downloading 1password for firefox and the addon is reinstalled. Today I did the same procedure and nothing happens...

Can you please try installing the Firefox extension from here and see if that works?
