How do I get 1pass to work on my ipad
I have a family account. Have 1pass on MacBook. Want it on iPad. Downloaded 1Pass from app store and it gave me 1Pass7 and wants me to start subscription. Already have subscription Family plan. I have gone off the track somewhere. I can open 1Pass on iPad and see the vaults but they are inactive, that is, when I press "open" next to website, nothing happens. HELP
