how to close a new account and open it properly under a family account?

I invited my family member, Mary, to use family account. Instead of connecting to the family account, she opened a new account and added all her files there. She deleted 1password 6. How do we move her vault to the family account?

Hi @annagallant,

Mary would need to accept your invitation to create an account within your 1Password Families membership, and then move her data from the account she originally created to the new one:

Move and copy items | 1Password

Once complete, and all of her data is in the new account, she can delete the old one;
