I have been trying to get my 1Password back to running for months now. Have not received any help

...via email. I have a license for 6.6.4. The software was upgraded to 7 without any warning that it would become frozen.

I go to 1Password7 > Purchase 1Password > "Need a license? We have those too" > 1Password Account Frozen > Update Billing Information > Billing. There is no option to purchase a license there. I don't want a subscription.

I am at my wit's end with this. My account is frozen. I have to go to my phone every time I want a password. I didn't even want a subscription on my phone but was forced into it by your business model. Please help.

    @Oolfanska: Thanks for reaching out. I’m sorry for the trouble! The only way you would have been offered an update to version 7 automatically (without having to download it yourself) is by having a 1Password membership account setup in the app, since all updates are included in that. So it does sounds like there was some confusion if you signed up for one when you didn't want it. If you are still signed into a membership account in the app, please sign out from 1Password Settings/Preferences > Accounts. You will then have the option to purchase a license if that's what you want (we don't have 1Password try to sell licenses to people with memberships, since that would be of no use). But I'll follow up with you via email here in a minute as well in case we need to exchange more information.
