Synchronisierung nicht möglich

Hallo zusammen,

mir ist vor kurzem aufgefallen das mein 1password auf dem mac nicht mehr mit meinem iPhone synchronisierst. Ich habe die Tresore auf meinem iPhone gelöscht und die App neu heruntergeladen in der Hoffnung das bei einer erneuten Synchronisierung wieder alles in Ordnung ist. Jetzt habe ich leider auf meinem iPhone keine Datein mehr....
Was könnte hier das Problem sein?

Welcome to the forum, @stdo! I'm sorry for the trouble (and hope you don't mind me replying in English). It's a bit difficult to say just from your description of the problem what might be wrong. So, I'd like to ask you to create some diagnostics reports, one from each of your devices.

Please add the following code (including the square brackets) to the Subject line of your diagnostics emails before sending them:

yes I sent 2 mails. With my mac and also with the iphone.
the code is also in the subject line.
Maybe the mails are in the spam??
support@1password.com is right?
