Can't download 1password app to iPad

I've downloaded the app to my iPhone but when I try to download to my iPad I'm told I can't download from the US app store, I have to switch to the Australian store. I do that and get exactly the same message, over and over and over and over. I've done an iPad restart, searched on Safari for Australian app store and got the same message. I've never experience anything like this before. Any suggestions?

    Is this problem happening just with the 1Password app on the App Store, or do you see the same thing with other apps too?
